I called very early on a holiday morning. To my delight, Lisa's Flower Shop was open and confirmed they could work in a same-day delivery for a birthday. I ordered the arrangement online, which was a very easy process. Within a few hours my order had been delivered. The delivery person sent me pics of the arrangement waiting at the front door (per my instructions if no one answered the door) and they even misted it with water to keep it fresh. The dew drops on the rose petals were my sister's favorite detail. THANK YOU!!
